How Liya Consulting handles the details you send through this website.
Who we are
Liya Consulting is the public name of Liya Ltd, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You can contact us at info@liyaldt.com.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, business email, company or organisation and your message. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your job title, country, phone or WhatsApp number and the service you are interested in. We also record the page you used, the campaign information in the link that brought you here (where there is any), and the date and time of your enquiry.
Why we use it
To read and answer your enquiry. To prepare for a conversation with you, we also research your organisation, and the professional roles of relevant people, from publicly available sources.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is stored in a private register in our Google Workspace account, and the founder is notified by email. Access is limited to authorised LIYA personnel. We do not sell your details. We do not use them for marketing or newsletters unless you separately ask us to. We do not send automatic replies to enquirers.
Service providers
We use Google (Workspace, Drive and Gmail) to store and send enquiry information, and a website hosting provider. This website loads fonts from Google. We may add Google tools to understand how the website is used, and we will update this notice if we do.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for 24 months from your last contact, then delete it, unless we have started working together or you ask us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@liyaldt.com.
